Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver a seamless front-office experience, handling patient intake, registration, and financial clearance while ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will collaborate with clinical teams and report to the Clinic Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, including demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
