Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining data integrity and supporting revenue cycle performance.

The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist. Full-time benefits are provided, including health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume, patient-facing environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients.
• Complete patient intake and registration with verification and eligibility checks.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
