Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will report to the Manager and complete daily duties to build trust and loyalty with patients. A four-week training program will prepare you for success in the role.

Responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient service, scheduling appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payments, and balancing deposits. This position emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
