Job summary

Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team full-time in a front-office role. You will report to the Manager and perform daily tasks to create a welcoming patient experience and uphold our service standards.

You will participate in a four-week training program, schedule and manage patient appointments, verify insurance, handle payments, and balance deposits. Join a supportive, growth-oriented culture at Aspen Dental.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily front-office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Handle additional tasks by the Manager.
