Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will report to the Manager, participate in a four-week training program, and perform daily tasks that create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and balance deposits while delivering compassionate service. Our program supports career growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
