Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily coordination tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities include scheduling, chart organization, verifying insurance, and processing payments, along with handling deposits and other backup duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
