Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to support front office operations, delivering compassionate patient service and helping create lasting impressions that build trust with patients.

You will participate in a four-week training program, report to the Manager, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and perform additional tasks to support a friendly, efficient practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
