Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations and deliver exceptional patient service. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Manager, handling scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities are expected.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with patient needs and company policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and process payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
