Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations and deliver exceptional patient service. You will join a four-week training program and report to the Manager to help create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and time management skills, with duties including appointment scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and deposits processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
