Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front desk tasks and patient interactions in a supportive dental practice. You will participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients. The role includes scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and providing compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
