Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team and deliver exceptional patient service in a supportive environment.

You will report to the Manager, participate in a four-week training program, and handle appointment scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection while maintaining accurate deposits and open communication with patients and staff.

• Support the Manager with daily front-office tasks and duties.
