Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to manage front office tasks, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle daily deposits. A four-week training program ensures you succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform daily front office tasks as directed by the Manager.
