Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. You will perform daily front office tasks, support patients, and help create lasting impressions.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program, report to the Manager, and ensure smooth scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and payments. We offer full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
