Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. A four-week training program helps you succeed in your role.

You’ll schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and provide outstanding service in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
