Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator, which we call Patient Experience Coordinator, to join our team on a part-time basis. You will perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
