Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front-office operations, patient intake, and financial clearance with a strong emphasis on data integrity and compliance. You will work closely with clinical teams and the PES for seamless revenue cycle support.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare administration, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of insurance verification processes.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, including demographic verification and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
