Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will work closely with the Clinic Manager and collaborate with the PES to support revenue cycle performance.

The role involves educating patients on financial responsibilities, guiding them through insurance verification and authorization requirements, and maintaining data integrity across EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and demographic verification to ensure data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
