The role collaborates with clinic teams and reports to the Clinic Manager, with strong emphasis on data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and using EMR systems and dashboards for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage scheduling workflows and ensure provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, verification turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing and Clinical Ops to resolve complex issues.
• Use EMR/EHR systems and dashboards to track data and support improvements.
