Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to perform daily front-office tasks and help create a welcoming environment for patients. You will report to the Manager and complete a four-week training program to ensure you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, balance deposits, and providing compassionate, efficient service in a community-focused dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities are required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
