Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, patient interactions, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
