Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage patient intake, financial clearance, and front-office operations at our Plano clinic. You will ensure compliance, data integrity, and smooth revenue cycle processes while collaborating with clinical teams and PES support.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments, scheduling, and using EMR systems to track outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with handling patient payments and insurance verification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience greeting patients and resolving issues.
• Complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification and eligibility checks.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems to track outcomes and support improvements.
• Coordinate communication of progress notes to referral sources.
• Organize patient milestone celebrations and community activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-training programs.
• Organize clinical team coordination of events and goals.
• Provide Rehab Aide cross-training for front office duties.
