Ivy Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Browns Mills, NJ. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients, coordinating front-office operations and ensuring a welcoming, organized clinic experience.

You will assist with patient registration, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records, while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and families. This full-time position supports our clinical team across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
