Ivy Health in Browns Mills, NJ is seeking a Patient Coordinator to greet patients and keep the clinic running smoothly. This role supports front office tasks such as registration, scheduling, and records management while coordinating with the clinical team.

You will deliver friendly service, manage appointments, and help families navigate care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
