Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and preferred experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 programs, or similar systems.
• Industry familiarity encouraged.
• Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion.
• Ability to organize and multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• A strong desire to learn and positive outlook.
• Ability to pass a basic computer assessment during in person interview.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients into the clinic and greet them per company standards.
• Maintain a concierge-level front office and prepare coffee/refreshments.
• Manage clinic schedule and enter appointment outcomes within 24 hours.
• Handle patient accounts receivable, deposits and inventory.
• Lead patient education when needed and participate in retention marketing.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and adhere to company procedures.
• Support special events and daily clinic operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
