Northland Hearing Centers, Inc. welcomes a Temporary Patient Care Coordinator to join Starkey Retail in Renton (WA). The PCC will guide patients through their hearing journey, manage the front office, and help run the clinic smoothly.

The role emphasizes greeting patients, scheduling, billing, and patient record upkeep, with duties expanding to events and retention activities. A customer-service mindset and HIPAA adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 or similar systems preferred.
• Industry familiarity encouraged.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to organize and multitask; strong communication skills.
• Able to pass a basic computer assessment during in-person interview.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm front-office experience.
• Maintain neat, organized office; prepare coffee and refreshments.
• Review patient charts and manage appointments and schedule.
• Lead morning huddle and coordinate with Clinic Team.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory.
• Assist with patient education and retention marketing.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
