Job summary

Northland Hearing Centers, Inc., doing business as Starkey Retail, is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for Circleville, OH. The PCC greets patients, manages the clinic schedule and patient accounts, maintains records, and supports retention efforts as part of the clinic team.

The role requires an organized, customer-focused professional who can work on-site four days here and one day at Reynoldsburg. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in customer service or retail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in customer service or retail preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 or similar systems.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and to multitask effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the clinic and provide a welcoming front-office experience.
• Manage the clinic schedule and patient accounts, update records, and assist with events and retention efforts.
• Enter and track appointments, ensure timely follow-ups, and support patient education as needed.
• Maintain office organization, adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and support daily operations.
