Athletico Physical Therapy in Cary, NC seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake, insurance verification, and financial clearance while delivering an exceptional front-office experience. This role supports revenue cycle performance and data integrity across the clinic team.

The PEC collaborates with the Clinic Manager, PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to streamline processes, improve patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and issue resolution in a high-volume front-office
• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling dashboards
• Knowledge of insurance verification and financial clearance workflows

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy to maintain data integrity and compliance
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and available payment options
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets
• Coordinate scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and patient access
