Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will support revenue cycle performance and collaborate with clinical teams under the Clinic Manager.

The role emphasizes compliance, data integrity, and cross-functional support with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve insurance or scheduling issues and track patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues in a high-volume, patient-facing environment.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling dashboards for data accuracy.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes and financial clearance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues.
• Complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification and eligibility checks.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and align with standards.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy, verification turnaround, and satisfaction.
