You will work with EMR systems, manage registrations, verify insurance, educate patients on payments, and support revenue cycle performance, all while maintaining data integrity and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a welcoming front-office experience.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, verify demographics and insurance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient access.
