Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

You will work with the Clinic Manager and PES, utilize EMR/EHR and scheduling tools, educate patients on payments, collect time-of-service payments, and support revenue cycle performance. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience with warm greetings and issue resolution.
• Complete patient intake/registration with accurate demographics and insurance verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate communication of progress notes to referral sources and support scheduling.
