Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will support compliance, data integrity, and revenue cycle performance while collaborating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues in a high-volume front-office.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage; prior authorization experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience with warm greetings and issue resolution at every touchpoint.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools to improve transparency.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet established collection targets for revenue cycle support.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, verification turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
