Urology Clinics is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Frisco to greet patients, verify information, collect payments, and maintain a welcoming lobby. You will work with clinicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow from check-in through checkout, while handling insurance documents and data entry accurately.

The role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with EMR and scheduling systems, and a professional, patient-focused demeanor.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of medical office methods and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR, practice management, and scheduling systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate with physicians, nurses, patients, co-workers, and hospital staff.
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients at front desk, checks them in for appointments, and scans insurance cards.
• Collects co-payments and balances before visits; follows cash-handling procedures.
• Maintains lobby appearance and front desk readiness; supports billing data accuracy.
• Supports with check-out and patient communication; protects HIPAA privacy.
• Coordinates with Clinic Manager and Lead for escalated patient questions.
