Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at front desk.
• Verify patient information and collect payments.
• Prepare daily paperwork and billing data for the day.
• Scan and file insurance and ID documents in patient chart.
• Assist with check-out and patient flow as needed.
• Maintain lobby and front desk appearance and HIPAA privacy.
