Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while safeguarding data and supporting revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration including insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance verification turnaround and patient satisfaction.
