Athletico is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will work with clinic teams, assist with billing, and support revenue cycle goals while upholding data integrity and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience and greet patients warmly.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accuracy and compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
