Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (healthcare front desk, hospitality, or retail).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally; determine purpose and direct to the right department.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments; prepare check-in/out workflows.
• Validate demographics, update records, and document pre-visit planning.
• Assist with appointments, follow-ups, and coordinating care with PCPs/labs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
• Provide courteous, accurate answers and support a positive patient experience.
