Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles in healthcare, hospitality, or service.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct to the appropriate department.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update records in electronic systems.
