Job summary

Sanitas is a global healthcare organization expanding across the United States. The Patient Representative Coordinator (PRC) is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

The PRC supports the patient journey through pre-visit planning, check-in, check-out, and post-visit follow-up while maintaining records and protecting PHI in compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles (healthcare front desk preferred).
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, payments, or reservations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Perform pre-visit planning, check-in, check-out, and post-visit follow-up.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments as needed.
• Update patient demographics and ensure PHI remains confidential.
• Monitor schedules to minimize wait times and protect care continuity.
• Conduct post-visit calls and assist with service recovery when required.
