• Support pre-visit planning and check-in/check-out processes.
• Verify eligibility, copayments, and update patient records in EMR systems.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Protect patient privacy and ensure PHI is secure at all times.
• Conduct post-visit outreach to support service recovery and patient experience.
