Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them as needed.
• Perform check-in for scheduled and walk-in patients, verify appointment details, and collect required information and copayments.
• Verify eligibility and update patient information in the system; support continuity of care with PCP designation and insurance data.
