Job summary

Sanitas is expanding across the United States and seeks a Patient Representative Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-ins, verify insurance, and coordinate pre-visit planning. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced clinic.

As the first point of contact, you will support post-visit follow-ups, update records accurately, and assist with billing and customer service tasks while ensuring a welcoming patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, healthcare front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to verify insurance, collect copayments, and explain processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, direct them to the right department.
• Manage check-in/out, verify insurance and contact information.
• Collect copayments and update patient records with accuracy.
• Support pre-visit planning and scheduling in the system.
• Respond to patient questions and coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure PHI security.
