Responsibilities

• Support pre-visit planning, check-in/out, and post-visit follow-up while maintaining accurate records.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments as applicable; update contact information in system.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and ensure secure handling of records and PHI,
• Monitor schedules and workflows to minimize wait times and promote timely visits.
• Conduct post-visit calls to support service recovery and patient experience initiatives.
