Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Advanced English; bilingual preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments.
• Ability to handle escalations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors; direct them to the right dept.
• Perform check-in and verify scheduled appointments; verify insurance eligibility.
• Verify eligibility, collect copayments, update demographics.
• Ensure timely patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Post-visit follow-up calls and patient inquiries; document outcomes.
• Maintain confidential medical records and protect PHI.
• Respond to patient questions in a courteous, professional manner.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to department goals.
