LifeStance Health in Pasadena is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage front office operations, deliver excellent patient service, and support clinicians across in-person and telehealth settings.

The role requires strong multitasking, communication, and confidentiality skills, with a starting pay of $22.75 per hour and potential quarterly bonuses. The position includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a growing mental health practice group.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician engagement activities.
• Manage front desk check-in/out and patient communications.
• Assist patients with billing questions and scheduling via phone, email, or portal.
• Handle queues in the phone system to ensure timely responses.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and portal issues.
• Triage urgent patient requests and route to appropriate departments.
• Collect co-payments and balances at the time of service.
• Verify insurance eligibility and resolve related issues.
• Coordinate with clinicians for patient questions and appointment accuracy.
