You will verify insurance details, collect copays, and ensure accurate records while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Comfortable handling escalations and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the duties described.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them as needed.
• Perform check-in/out, verify appointment type, and collect required copayments.
• Validate insurance eligibility and demographic information in the system.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and proper documentation of records.
• Support center operations to maintain timely patient flow and service excellence.
