Job summary

Providence is seeking an Associate Patient Care Coordinator in Beaverton, OR. The role provides first contact with patients and visitors, handles scheduling, registration, and insurance verification, and acts as a liaison between patients and care teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

You will perform front and back-office duties, work with EPIC EMR, and support clinic operations, with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Customer service related experience.
• 6 months of Office experience, preferably in a medical office.
• 6 months of Electronic Medical Record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and care teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Perform front and back-office duties, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, updating demographic information and patient support.
• Maintain clinic efficiency through accurate documentation and adherence to workflows within the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Demonstrate growth and proficiency in supporting Providence’s mission of compassionate, high-quality care.
