Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach.
• Excellent customer service and ability to make patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their fertility journey.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn EMR and scheduling systems; basic computer skills.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work weekends and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the right team member.
• Collect patient payments.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Ensure patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
