Responsibilities include data input, emails, patient chart management, handling financial concerns, high-volume calls, and coordination with care teams. A detail-oriented, team-player with strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• Strong patient service experience and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and approachable.
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office, and office equipment.
• Experience with multiple clinical computer systems preferred.
• Healthcare operations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment for patients entering assigned areas.
• Perform administrative tasks including data input, emails, and patient chart management.
• Assist patients with financial concerns and manage high call volume.
• Check in with care teams for updates and information.
• Comfort patients by addressing anxieties and questions.
• Maintain a clean reception area and secure confidential files.
• Coordinate patient service delivery from check-in to medical records.
• Manage waiting process and liaise with patients, families, and staff.
• Answer and route on-site phone calls.
• Provide administrative support to physicians and teams.
• Follow up on emails and patient calls.
• Handle medical form applications and data collection.
• Conduct inventory assessment.
• Attend the 6:45 am shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
