Responsibilities

• Handles customer service interactions with patients and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinates scheduling including reminders, billing counseling, and referrals.
• Gathers and verifies patient demographics and third-party insurance information.
• Pre-registers patients and ensures third-party coverage and eligibility.
• Disposes of patient information securely and adheres to internal controls.
