Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to drive sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye tests as required.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep patients informed on status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and accurate lab work, including lens edging when needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses and adherence to service commitments.
